• Make sure you come with no makeup, no extensions and no contact lenses
• Do not undergo any lash treatment 1 month before and after your appointment with us
• Kindly research about the results and processes before booking an appointment with us

Booking

• To secure an appointment, booking deposit of RM50 per person is required
• Balance due of the total payment after deducting the deposit shall be paid after the treatment
• Slot availability is on first come first served basis
• By submitting a deposit, your booking is subject to our stated T&Cs

Cancellation & Reschedule

• Cancellation is not allowed
• For reschedule, kindly inform us at least 12 hours before and new slot is based on availability
• Failure to do will result in forfeiture (burn) of your booking deposit

Arrivals & Late Arrival

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time as it might be difficult to find for parking
• Being late for more than 15 minutes will result in cancellation and loss of booking fee
• Late arrivals affects you and following appointments

Refund & Guarantee

• No refund will be issued for any treatment
• You must follow all aftercare advice to comply with the guarantee policy
• Kindly contact us within 3 days after the treatment to assess the issue and fix wherever possible
